Ages 18+ years. Pointe & Flex Pilates is a mixed level Pilates Class for men and women in Ilminster.
Pilates focuses on core strength, posture, alignment and mobility.
Whether you are a complete beginner or have started your pilates journey already, we welcome you to join us!
